Do you know the origins of the world popular Oktoberfest Festival? As weird as it may seem, it all start with a royal wedding celebrated on the 12 October 1810 in Bavaria, Munich. It was the glamourous wedding of Princess Therese to Prince Ludwig. This wedding was so special for the locals that the whole of Bavaria was happy to celebrate this event. And that’s how the festival of Oktoberfest came to life!
