To qualify, you'll need to have deposited and lost a minimum of £10 the previous day and here's how it works:

Emerald	10% of Previous day’s Net Loss

To claim your CashBack, log in to your account and hit the Claim Button on the Start Page.

Remember this is credited to you the next day and can be used to bet on our games across PC, laptop, tablet and mobile.

The Daily Cashback is based on losses of £10 and above from the previous day and credited daily Monday to Friday.
Example of how cashback is calculated with a player on a 10% cashback rate: (Total deposits – Pending Withdrawals – Adjustments – Playable Balance) from previous day's transactions x 10% = cashback
The Daily cashback is discretionary. However, their % varies depending on the Player Class; Emerald 10% and Elite Diamond 15% of daily net loss.
Players are required to claim their cashback by accessing the start page and clicking on the Claim Now tab.
Daily cashback accrued from Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be credited on the Monday.
Cashback expires every day at midnight.
The maximum cashback amount is £1,000.
If unclaimed it will expire after 24 hours.
