The top 30 players with the most leaderboard points will win a cash prize. Players that finish in a Hot Seat position will win a special boosted prize.

1. This promotion is only open to Rewards players who are aged 18 years & over and can view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.
2. This Network Promotion is managed by Spin and Win (“The Promoter”) and is also available on Regal Wins, Lucky VIP, and Magical Vegas.
3. The promotion will run from Wednesday 28^th May 2025 at 00:01 UK time until Sunday 1st June 2025 at 23:59 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).
4. To be eligible for the promotion, customers must opt in via the promotion page and spend a minimum £150 on any game to earn 1 point on the leaderboard. For every £150 staked on any game, the players will receive 1 point. 
5. Double points can be earned on Friday 30^th of May and Sunday 1^st of June.
6. Points will not be capped allowing customers to accumulate unlimited points.
7. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.

Leaderboard Terms and Conditions

8. All players from relevant will be ranked on a single unified leaderboard. 
9. The leaderboard will be updated twice per day on weekdays and once per day this weekend.
10. The leaderboard will be ranked based on the number of points accumulated, with the highest points appearing at the top.
11. The more players stake, the more points they will earn, with no limit on the total points they can accumulate.
12. Customers’ positions on the leaderboard will be displayed during the promotional period. To allow customers to track their progress, an anonymised version of their username will be presented on the leaderboard.
13. Leaderboard Prizes:

14. The crediting will take place on Monday 2^nd of June 2025.
15. All prizes including hot seats will be credited in cash.
16. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the crediting. In such cases, the crediting will occur within a maximum timeframe of 72 hours from the initial crediting date.
17. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.

General Terms and Conditions

18. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').

19. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
20. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
21. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
22. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
23. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
24. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
25. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
26. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
27. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
28. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
29. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus pounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
30. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
31. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
