Win a share of £500

1. This promotion is only open to existing customers of Spinandwin.com who are aged 18 years & over and can view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.
2. These terms relate to the Spin And Win “Multiplier winners” promotion. (“the Promotion”).
3. The promotion will run from Monday 14^th July 2025 01:00 UK time until Sunday 3^rd August 2025 at 00:59 UK time. (the “Promotional Period”).

Promotion Mechanics 

4. To take part in this promotion players must opt in via promotional page each week and must place real money bet with a minimum stake on any participating game.
5. Players will receive points based on wins multiplier. Only the biggest win multiplier will count towards the leaderboard. If a player receives a higher multiplier from their previous spin it there highest multiplier will be replaced and added to the leaderboard.
6. A player will receive points based on the in-game wins multiplier. This calculated as
   follows: (Win criteria: win/wager * points multiplier = player score. Therefore
   10/1*1000 = 10,000). For example:

1. Spin 1: Player wager £1, wins £10 (Win criteria: win/wager =
   player multiplier score. Therefore 10/1 = 10x) Player multiplier score will be 10x.
2. Spin 2: Player wagers £1 and wins £5 (5/1 = 5x, the multiplier score will remain at
   10x, as 5x is lower than his current multiplier score.
3. Spin 3: Player wagers £1 and wins £20 (20/1 = 20x), multiplier score is updated to
   20x, replacing the previous multiplier score on the leaderboard.

7. The Promotion will run over 3 weeks and each week there will be different qualifying/participating games:

8. The promotion will run from Monday to Sunday and leaderboard will be updated daily from Tuesday till Friday.
9. Leaderboards which fall over the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be updated on the following Monday.
10. Customers position on the leaderboard will be displayed during the promotional period. To allow customers to track their progress, an anonymised version of their username will be presented on the leaderboard.
11. All players will be ranked on a single unified leaderboard weekly.
12. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
13. Crediting for the leaderboard will be in cash. 
14. 10 winners will win an equal share of £500 cash, £50 cash each.
15. Crediting will be done on the following dates:

1. Week 1: Monday 21^st July 2025
2. Week 2: Monday 28^th July 2025
3. Week 3: Monday 4^th August 2025

16. The Promoter will strive to promptly credit promotional prizes as of the specified date. However, in the event of any difficulties, whether technical or otherwise, the draw will be conducted not later than 72 hours after the initial date.
17. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who met the requirements.

General Terms and Conditions

18. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
19. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
20. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
21. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
22. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
23. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
24. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
25. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
26. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
27. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
28. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
29. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus pounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
30. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
31. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
